Appropriately beginning in a cinema room at Pathé Palace in Paris, Orange Insights 2025 set the stage for blockbuster discussions, led by the enterprise arm of an operator emblematic of an industry in the midst of profound change. In this report, we present four key themes from the event.
Four slices of the orange (business)
Between 8 and 9 July 2025, Orange Business, the enterprise arm of Orange Group, hosted telecom and tech analysts from around the world at its annual analyst day: Insights. Orange Group is now in the third year of its strategic plan “Lead the future”, one of the key pillars of which is the transformation of what was previously known as Orange Business Services, into a growth engine for the enterprise segment. The company initially aimed to return to growth in profitability (EBITDAaL) by 2025 at the latest; this has later been revised to a goal of achieving EBITDAaL stability in 2026.
Orange Business EBITDAaL, FY21 to FY24

At the event, Orange Business demonstrated the levers it believes will reverse the decline and soon drive growth, built around the key pillars: digital trust, platform business models, AI and sustainability.
