The core package

STL offers a competitive salary, pension plan and a discretionary bonus.

Flexible working

Our office is located in Highbury, North London but all employees benefit from hybrid working (exact details depend on the department and range from fully remote work to three days in the office, two days remote). We are open to chatting to you about what you need, as long as it works for the team and the wider business.

Company socials

There are two main social events in STL’s calendar – a company weekend away in the summer and a party at Christmas. We also get together every other Thursday for “thriving Thursdays” which is a great opportunity for our people to get together on a regular basis.

There are also a number of informal societies running at STL, from Spanish to tennis.

Healthy stuff

Our employees are all enrolled into a health cash plan which allows them to save money on everyday healthcare costs like physiotherapy, osteopathy, dental, acupuncture, eye tests and prescriptions. You also receive lifestyle discounts, discounts on gym membership and family days out.

STL also offers a cycle to work scheme where employees pay for their new bikes monthly and save money on tax and national insurance .

Employee assistance programme

STL gives employees access to an employee assistance programme which has a 24/7 helpline for anyone who needs support for things outside work, from financial and legal advice to counselling support. The service offers up to six face to face counselling sessions too.

Personal development allowance

Each employee is entitled to a personal development allowance each year to spend on their training and development.
