Tilly Gilbert, Consultant, STL Partners
Tilly has worked on major consulting projects including analysing the size of the 5G opportunity for enterprise verticals. She has conducted in depth marketing sizing with interviews with industry experts and telco executives in charge of 5G strategy.
She has authored the report ‘5G’s impact on industrial transformation: $1.4tn of benefits in 2030’. Outside of 5G, she supports clients in areas such as blockchain, AI and data analytics and edge computing.
Prior to STL Partners, she has an MA from University of Pennsylvania and a BA from Oxford University.

Chris Barraclough, Partner & Director, STL Partners
Chris has led STL Partners’ recent research activity into 5G’s potential impact on industrial transformation where the team has focused in-depth on healthcare and manufacturing. He also presented extensively on 5G including at a STL Partners webinar earlier this year that explored telecoms operator strategies for making the 5G business case.
Outside 5G, he has undertaken extensive strategy and marketing work for operators and vendors in the telecoms industry and has a particular industry and expertise in telecoms finance and business models. He is a co-founder of STL Partners and the Telco 2.0 initiative and holds a MA from Oxford University.
