Building the adaptive organisation

What’s changing and what should we do?

In an industry characterised by constant change (new network technologies, devices, customer connectivity demands, competitors), and against a background of geopolitical and macroeconomic turmoil, growth and innovation depend on the telco’s ability to adapt efficiently and at scale. Transformation initiatives should focus on creating flexible organisations, bringing technologies, processes, and people together in a way that enables telcos to innovate, pivot, and respond as the organisational context evolves.

We believe that adaptability is an essential organisational capability for the Coordination Age. Through our research, we aim to provide inspiration for transformation leaders – wherever they sit in the organisation –  to help them enhance the telco’s flexibility and ability to innovate, as well as secure necessary buy-in from stakeholders to deliver desired transformation outcomes.
