Skywatch tracker monitors public announcements of collaborations between telcos and satellite/non-terrestrial networks (NTN) players publicly announced since 1 January 2024. It also highlights where satellite operators are collaborating and competing with telcos.

Skywatch tracker forms part of STL Partners’ Skywatch project, launched in July 2025. From April 2026, Skywatch has been restructured around three core deliverables to provide a more targeted and in-depth analysis of the telco-satellite market:

Skywatch tracker consists of two parts:
- Skywatch tracker: Telco-satellite partnerships – A monthly updated Excel spreadsheet in which each entry summarises the key characteristics of a public telco-satellite partnership announcement.
- Skywatch tracker: Strategic analysis – A monthly updated PowerPoint report analysing major developments in the satellite industry.
