STL Partners’ SMB survey (conducted in December 2024) spoke to IT decision-makers about their cybersecurity needs and behaviours. Findings suggested a growing market for cybersecurity — and telcos’ right to play. This report evaluates how key telcos are positioning cybersecurity propositions for SMBs in North America. We adopted the perspective of a SMB cybersecurity buyer and used information and references from telco websites to draw conclusions about their offerings. Each telco is assessed holistically, according to their overall approach, as well as on a country-by-country basis.
