Our ‘Consumer innovation tracker’ was introduced in September 2024 and is getting regular additions. The latest update showcases 114 examples of innovation in the consumer space from 40 operators around the world, highlighting services that bring something unique to consumers.

The tracker highlights a diverse range of telecom sector advancements and identifies the top operators leading in consumer service innovation. It offers insights into each product or service, covering essential aspects such as launch details, service areas, technology features, market reach, pricing models, partnerships, and user engagement. It is regularly updated to reflect the latest developments. Each new edition of the deck includes spotlights on different services, operators or areas.
