Live Intelligence timeline and overview
The internal GenAI platform (formerly called Dinootoo), launched in 2023, provides employees with secure access to multiple LLMs. It provides secure access to multi-lingual document analysis, software development, translation, content drafting, customer experience tools, etc.
The launch of Live Intelligence commercialised Dinootoo’s capabilities in a secure, multi-LLM platform for business and public sector customers. It exposes capabilities used internally in Orange, including a curated and managed set of AI assistants. In March 2026, it also launched a capability for customers to securely build their own AI assistants and agents in partnership with LangChain.
Orange has forged a range of strategic partnerships to develop leading infrastructure for AI:
- Embedded Mistral AI into Live Intelligence and Orange B2B connectivity services from 2025
- Partnership with OpenAI to deploy its advanced models within Orange’s local infrastructure, enabling greater sovereignty for customers
- Collaboration with LangChain enabling enterprise customers to develop their own agents within the Live Intelligence platform
