The Consumer innovation tracker offers a collection of consumer services beyond connectivity launched by telcos worldwide. It includes STL Partner’s expert judgement on what products and services are innovative, not yet seen in this exact shape or form, and identifies opportunities for operators.
The tracker was developed through an initial analysis of 644 consumer propositions from 60 operators worldwide. It focuses on recent innovations, showcasing (as of September 2024) a total of 89 innovative consumer products and services from 33 operators since 2021. The tracker highlights a diverse range of telecom sector advancements and identifies the top operators leading in consumer service innovation.
